WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP ?

Processing times are posted on the top bar of our website. It is also in your email confirmation. Please refer to that for the range of time that we need to process and pack your order. 

Unless otherwise stated, our items are hand made during business hours Monday-Friday. We estimate conservatively so we typically ship orders earlier than expected!

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER ?

You have the option to upgrade to tracked shipping during checkout. If you do not purchase tracked shipping, your order will be sent as regular mail via Canada Post which does NOT include tracking. Please keep this in mind when checking out.

By purchasing without tracking, you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for lost orders that do not contain tracking

MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE ON ESTIMATED DATE .

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait one more week to allow the postal service time to reroute the mail back to me in case it was not deliverable. If nothing shows up after that extra week, feel free to send us an email and we will try our best to figure something out with you!

We have a window of 21 days after your latest delivery estimate window to help you with order related issues. If you do not contact us within this window, we will be unable to assist you due to the amount of time that has passed and post offices not being able to provide any further information.

Please note that there may be reshipment fees in the case of missing orders.

 

WHY ARE MY SHIPPING RATES DIFFERENT ON SOME PRODUCTS?

Stickers and flat paper products are shipped as "lettermail"  

However, bulky items such as bulk amount of pens, clips, etc, these do not qualify as "lettermail" and must be shipped as "parcels"

Parcels are considered larger packages and cost more to ship so if your order contains a bulkier non-paper item, you will see your shipping as "Small Package" which is a parcel.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER BEING SHIPPED ?

The following are estimates for mail delivery . This may vary greatly depending on holidays, weather conditions, postal service disruptions, customs delays, etc. 

Canada: 2-12 business days
United States: 4-6 business days
International: 6-36 business days

Certain international countries such as Thailand, Russia, Israel, Malaysia, Brunei, Africa, etc.

If your order was not deliverable within the estimated time, please allow an extra week for the post to reroute the mail back to me. Thank you!

 

 

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN ?

We are not able to take custom requests but we are always looking for sticker and art  suggestions! Feel free to send us a message here or visit our Facebook group with ideas of stickers that you'd like to see and we will try our best to make it happen!

 

WHERE DO I FIND COUPON CODES ?

All promotions and active codes are posted on our Instagram or Facebook group. If you do not see anything recently posted on social media, that means there is no active promotion at the time!

CAN I COMBINE PROMOTION SALES WITH DISCOUNT SALES?

No, codes and promotions cannot be combined. Only one code or promotion is accepted per transaction on this platform.

 

WHAT IF I FORGOT TO PUT IN A DISCOUNT CODE ?

When placing orders, please make sure that you have entered your coupon code.  After placing the order we will NOT  be able to apply codes or discounts to your order after it has been placed.
